Of course every American is familiar with Black Friday—that day after Thanksgiving where we camp outside of retail stores for the latest gadget, then use our innate fighting skills to beat the crap out of every [non-uniformed] stranger who stands in our way, then spend the evening cleaning blood stains out of our clothes while our new 120″ ultra mega super hi-def 8K televisions glow in the background—but less folks are familiar with Green Wednesday.

First of all, Green Wednesday is a real thing (we didn’t make it up, and if we did, we probably would have called it something else). It’s the day before Thanksgiving, where everyone clamors to the dispensary to stock up on cannabis products to help them power through the Thanksgiving feast and brave the inevitable political debate between your uncle and your cousin who’s visiting from out of town.
